Terms of Use

Last updated: September 12, 2026

These terms of use (the Terms) set out the conditions for using VRChat Worlds Manager Web (the App). By using the App, you (the User) agree to the Terms. For how the App handles your data, please also read the Privacy Policy.

1. About the App
  • The App is a browser application provided free of charge by an individual developer (the Operator).
  • The App is open-source software. Its source code is licensed as set out in the LICENSE file in the repository.
  • The Operator may change the App, or suspend or end its provision, without notice.
2. Relationship to VRChat
  • The App is an unofficial tool unaffiliated with VRChat Inc. It is not provided, endorsed, or supported by VRChat Inc.
  • The App uses VRChat's API. That API is not officially supported or documented by VRChat, and VRChat has stated that abuse of it may result in measures including account termination.
  • When accessing VRChat's services through the App, the User is responsible for complying with VRChat's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Creator Guidelines. Whether a given use of the App complies with them is for the User to judge.

VRChat's own terms are published at the following pages.

3. Accounts and credentials
  • The User may connect the App only to VRChat and Google accounts that the User legitimately controls.
  • The User is responsible for keeping their credentials safe. How the App handles credentials is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Prohibited conduct

When using the App, the User must not:

  • Use another person's VRChat account or credentials
  • Use the App in a way that places excessive load on VRChat's services
  • Access the App's relay server by any means other than the App itself
  • Use the App for a purpose that violates the law, public order and morals, or VRChat's terms
  • Interfere with the operation of the App
5. Disclaimer
  • The App is provided as is. The Operator makes no warranty of any kind as to its operation, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • The Operator accepts no responsibility for any restriction, suspension, or deletion of an account (a ban) or other measure taken by VRChat arising from or in connection with use of the App.
  • If the User accesses the App's relay server directly, by any means other than the App itself, every consequence of doing so -- including any measure VRChat takes against the User's account -- is the User's sole responsibility. The Operator may block such access without notice.
  • The Operator is not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, and disputes with third parties, except where caused by the Operator's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
  • The Operator is not liable where the App, in whole or in part, becomes unavailable because of changes to, failures of, or the termination of services provided by VRChat, Google, Cloudflare, or any other third party.
6. Data and backups
  • The App's data is, as a rule, stored on the User's own device. Backing it up is the User's responsibility.
  • Data saved through the Google Drive connection is stored in the User's own Google account.
7. Intellectual property
  • The names, descriptions, thumbnail images, and other information about worlds shown in the App belong to VRChat and to the respective world authors.
  • The licences for the App's source code and image assets are set out in the LICENSE and LICENSE_ADDITIONAL files in the repository.
8. Changes to the Terms
  • The Operator may revise the Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when they are published in the App.
  • Significant changes will be announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
9. Governing law

The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
